My initial visit, based off the interaction from the receptionist, both of them they were not warm at all so I thought I was going to have a bad experience with my doctor because of that, but Dr Duncan Howe he was awesome man.. Felt relaxed comfortable with him and I brought to his attention on how the receptionist were and he made me aware that one of them was it training, and the other one is usually nice..
It was great Duncan really understood my issues and was able to help me better understand some of what I'm going through I look forward to my next visit. I also requested to see a psychiatrist to discuss my current meds and he made that referral before I left
Great service and excellent team working together so you can talk with someone that really going to listen to you and help you better your life.
Pleasant experience with Duncan. Focused in on my concerns and offered various ways to deal with them--among them mindfulness. I've read the entire booklet numerous times and was able to incorporate some of the ways to use mindfulness in my daily living. Duncan is very easy to relate to and reflected on many of my positive comments.Easy to establish a good rapport with him. Just printed the 80 pages of emotional section and will read them before our Monday meeting.
