Pleasant experience with Duncan. Focused in on my concerns and offered various ways to deal with them--among them mindfulness. I've read the entire booklet numerous times and was able to incorporate some of the ways to use mindfulness in my daily living. Duncan is very easy to relate to and reflected on many of my positive comments.Easy to establish a good rapport with him. Just printed the 80 pages of emotional section and will read them before our Monday meeting.
Our first meeting went extremely well. He gave me plenty of space to ramble on about everything that came to mind and left me with a useful bit of advice to carry me until our next meeting.
Lifestance and all staff are professional, compassionate and empathic to your needs to grow and assist you with all aspects of your mental health. Duncan is my therapist. I highly recommend Duncan for his abilities to make a safe space to be yourself. He not only listens to your specfic issues your dealing with, but also provides solutions to help cope and evolve past whatever it is that your dealing with.
