Pleasant experience with Duncan. Focused in on my concerns and offered various ways to deal with them--among them mindfulness. I've read the entire booklet numerous times and was able to incorporate some of the ways to use mindfulness in my daily living. Duncan is very easy to relate to and reflected on many of my positive comments.Easy to establish a good rapport with him. Just printed the 80 pages of emotional section and will read them before our Monday meeting.
