I do not know why these people that works in these leasing offices have attitudes like they are not the ones that chose to work here. I went online on their website and requested a tour/fill out an application. It was confirmed for 9:30am. I made it here at exactly 9:30 and no one was in the office. Office hours says 9 to 5. Communication isn't their strongest trait. The people who work in the office are rude and give out false information. I asked one lady how long does it take for a refund and she said 5-7 days and another person said 30-60 days. I came to the office at 1:15 and the doors were locked. I called and they said they were on lunch break until 1 and when I told her it was after 1, she got an attitude and told me she couldn't help me. Update: I still haven't received my refund. Still waiting on my money since October. Applied and got denied for credit. Called to see when I was gone get my $250 been over 60 days and still waiting. Called corp they said the property manager handles that called her she said she sent it to corporate already. I just want my money it’s mine and I need it now! Still waiting on my money since October

I booked a Tour online, it was confirmed. When I got there the lady advised me that they had no apartments available and told me to look online. I told her that I looked online and it stated that they did have apartments available. She stated that online needs to be updated and nothing is available. So I basically wasted my time showing up.
