I loved it in the beginning but then the area began to change. There were some issues with my unit but management addressed them and tried to fix them but I was not very happy with the resolution so I left.
Dunfield is a GREAT community. I am a young professional, and the price of this townhome is definitely reasonable. The neighborhood is friendly, and I even convinced two of my friends to move here. I wish they were for sale, because I would definitely purchase this as my first home.
I just moved to Dunfield Townhomes. It is a nice, quiet community. There are alot of children but they are well behaved and are usually not outside after dark. The maintenance staff is great here there are issues but the maintenance guy gets there quickly he's great best guy they have ever had. He is always very polite and friendly he doesn't speak to you like your dumb he explains what's wrong and then corrects it. The first apartment they tried to give me was roach infested and they tried to make it my fault so then they gave me a different apt, but things weren't much better. Cheap paint long wait for repairs and the rent went up every year $60 the forst year and >$100 the next so we moved. The management is rude and never responds to valid issues and they have a nerve to send a letter around saying that if children write with chalk on the sidewalk we can be put out as a violation of the lease. I think bed bugs, doors hanging off the hinges, nails coming through the walls, etc...is a violation of their lease agreement!!
