I applied online, and upon approval, I received a Welcome Home email with Move-In instructions (such as setting up Duke Energy account, providing rental insurance, choosing accent color, etc.). That email came with an option to paper lease sign in the office and contacted the leasing office two weeks before my move-in date to schedule an appointment to pick up keys.
