This is a wonderful establishment. The people are very friendly, storage units clean and cost effective. The online portal is user friendly and also allows for text or email reminders for upcoming payments. I have been doing business here for roughly 3 years and I would not think to go anywheres else! I was having issues trying to rent a unit with my phone. I called the office, and Shirley had me set up with minutes.
Shirley was very polite and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable. I'm paying the same price at Durand Road Self Storage for a 10 x 30 as I am paying in Essex Junction for a 10 x 20.
