I had 2 units each half full. Went to move stuff out of 1 to put the 2 together. It was Sunday morning, freezing cold and my lock was frozen. A maintenance man just showed up and helped me out, even on Sunday. Excellent service.
This is a wonderful establishment. The people are very friendly, storage units clean and cost effective. The online portal is user friendly and also allows for text or email reminders for upcoming payments. I have been doing business here for roughly 3 years and I would not think to go anywheres else! A special thank you to the sweet lady that dealt with me yesterday. Have a blessed day!
