Our application was processed quickly, and our self storage unit was available immediately. We appreciated this professional Customer Service.
Very helpuf and attending personnel. They help me with the renting at the web site, since I was having problems with my phone settings. The unit is good, accesible and as advertised size 10x10.
The storage unit has been great for me..the staff have always been friendly, thoughtful and willing to work with their customers on their payments.
Easy process on line with a cool system using personal ID. Just a bit surprised having an administration fee since I am the one who did all the work !
I had 2 units each half full. Went to move stuff out of 1 to put the 2 together. It was Sunday morning, freezing cold and my lock was frozen. A maintenance man just showed up and helped me out, even on Sunday. Excellent service.
