Show up on time prep the area as well as pick up and clean the area before they leave. Quality work reasonable quotes works with your insurance and estimator. Ivan and his team did a great job replacing my roof after a recent hailstorm. Ivan helped walk through the process with the insurance adjustor and professionally installed the roof on the steep slope, including addressing an area that had previously leaked by installing extra flashing to prevent any future leaks. Ivan and crew did a great job performing maintenance repairs on our roof last year & more recently tackled gutter cleaning/painting …. not just the gutters, but, all eves, garage doors & other external surfaces needing paint… our 18 year old home looks like new again! We have used Ivan and his crew for several jobs, large and small. The craftsmanship on a whole home remodel was TOP NOTCH. They met deadlines and budgets and the work was gorgeous. He worked well with a designer as well. We also had Durastrong covert a bedroom into an open living space. His guidance was perfect. He’s converted and attic for storage and old carpeted stairs with hardwood. We trust him and recommend him 100%.

Ivan did a great job not only installing the roof of a client's home but also performing an outstanding remodel, which had been left in miserable condition by a previous tenant. Once the remodeling was completed, the property was listed on the market, and we received multiple offers for the property in record time. The seller was very pleased with the job done. Windstorm blew some shingles off my roof. I called Ivan to get it repaired. He came the next day and gave me a reasonably estimate. He repaired it right away. CALL THIS GUY IF YOU NEED HOME REPAIRS. Thank you Ivan. .
