Outstanding work. I recently replaced my old oil furnace with propane and upgraded my central air. The team had some ideas about relocating the furnace and hot water heater that were brilliant. It was an expensive project but their quote came in competitive. Great attention to detail down to grass seeding outside and adding new trim pieces on the attic access door. They left one fitting uncrimped that leaked but they were right back to fix it. Highly recommend.
I have had Dutch since I purchased my home in Middletown in 2021 and have never had a negative experience. The A/C failed within the first few months of owning the home and they replaced the entire system. I have a special boiler which not a lot of techs can fix and when I had no heat on a cold winter day, a tech was sent (wish I remembered his name) within hours and accurately diagnosed it and fixed it. Excellent work. Dutch Oil gave constant communication and information when at the house installing the central AC. I attached a picture of the sheet metal installed in the attic. This will allow for more efficient transfer of cold air throughout the house.
I've used Dutch for 7 years for both oil delivery and service. I've never run out of oil (unlike my last provider). I appreciate the price lock cap options as well as the monthly payment plans. Anytime I've had an issue with my furnace, they've been extremely prompt, courteous, and highly skilled. Highly recommend.
I was told I needed an oil tank due to age and condition. I was not thrilled to say the least as the tech came out for something else. Better safe than sorry... My experience with Dutch has always been good . The staff has always been willing to work with me on pricing and has been flexible with budget plan options. Very happy with Dutch Oil. I recommend them!
