Had Dutch install central air in my house about 5 years ago. The install was great and the unit works flawlessly. Fast forward 5 years and the unit broke in the middle of a heat wave. I called first thing the next morning and they had the unit fixed and running that same day. I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

They give us great service! Last night we noticed our oil was really low but we reached the answering service when we called this morning to check on when our next delivery was scheduled. :-/. A big enthusiastic shout out for the team at Dutch Oil. Called them this morning to order propane- tank was running rather low. The big truck has just gone up the driveway with the delivery. These guys truly understand customer service.
Dutch Oil and Propane came out to my house right away after I had no heat. Another provider said it would be 2 weeks and around $500. When Dutch came out SAME DAY, it took 15 minutes and the level of professionalism was top notch! Thank you again to a wonderful crew. You earned a customer for life!!
Terrible to do business with Small family run business that you expect at least good service from as they are not that price competitive. But they have greatly disappointed as a service provider also. Difficult to resolve problems with. Really wanted to support the local businesses but this is one time I regretted it.
