they send someone out to my house and tells me he's not sure what's going on and still charges me for the service call wow
I have been waiting 2 days for them to come and unstop my toilet that’s backing up into the shower so I haven’t been able to use the toilet or shower I have called 2 my land lord as called 2 times and no one has showed up yet
I was unfairly charged $230.05 for a 5 minute job. The company has lost my trust unless they adjust the bill that I was unaware of and send a pleasant not impatient emplyee who does not understand what the job request was for. I could have done it myself. They sent 2 men - a rediculous rip off. Hope this was a mistake and that it is corrected.
