I have been with 605 dynamic reality for a little over 11 years, I do have to say that Danielle is going to be one of the best landlords you'll ever have, she's kind considerate and willing to work with a person when they're down or when they need help, maybe rough sometimes. The absolute worst property management company in Sioux Falls, I would even go as far as to recommend looking in to tzadik before dynamic if you are really down to only those 2 choices, and tzadik has some horror stories. But this company in particular is ran by a wife and a daughter who have a hell of an attitude problem, and get even worse when you remain calm with them. I've been a tenant at UHV for 6 years and cannot say enough great things about the complex and this company. When moving to Sioux Falls, I was nervous about who to rent from and UHV/Dynamic Services completely proved me wrong. Quality of the property, addition of shared amenities, and timeliness in troubleshooting issues are just some of the positive things to note, among many more. I'll always refer people to rent from this company.
READ BEFORE YOU RENT HERE. I lived there for 4 years my rent started at $650 a month. Last renewal I got rent was going to be $1010. Talking $360 increase in 4 years. They finally priced me out and I just didn't see the value anymore. I warn you the maintenance staff will blame you for stuff that is caused. I have lived in apartments most of my life I had 23 service tickets at this one apartment. While in my 18 years living in apartments I have never had that many service tickets total. Going on our second year and couldn’t be happier living here. The property managers are the best, along with the maintenance guys!! So happy we chose to live here!! If anyone is looking for a place to rent be sure to check these apartments out!!✔️
