One of our maintenance people came to check on my broken balcony door and he asked if I had any other problems. I showed him my bedroom window results from the 1st 2 snowstorms. He assured me he could take care of both. When I returned home today, both were fixed! Dynamic Services,LLC does a good job hiring people that do their work well.

Overall I had a very good experience renting with Dynamic Services at the University Hills apartments up until I became a home owner. Rent was fair, I never really had many issues mechanically with anything and when I did, the maintenance man was pretty well on top of things. When I moved out, everything was handled professionally and did not have any issues with management. Thank you for the good experience.

Well she was very nice and communication with me over emails went smoothly. Got me in to my place very short notice. Few things got fixed all ready. Will see how rest of my rental experience goes forward in next week and months to come. * update they have fixed all major maintenance problems and have been so helpful we had issues in bathroom and they fixed it. I give the service one stars as maintenance was okay at best and the landlord was pretty nice. However, when I received my deposit back they charged me an outrageous amount to the point I am not sure it was legal or ethical. For example, Sioux Falls had flooding recently and my carpets got wet and they smelled. I called the landlord and she said she would get to it eventually, but they never did and then they charged me $125 for carpet cleaning after we left, I lived with the bad smell for a month AND THEN had to pay for it ... read more

I was warned before signing the lease about professionalism and standards of practice and I should have paid attention then. Everything from infrastructure to maintenance to admin staff professionalism falls extremely short. I work with property investors and place properties with property management companies every week, I have never ran into such a poorly ran and managed company.
