I would rate Nancy great, but she should of locked my rate sooner so I had a lower rate as she saw rates starting to raise once I was approved. She did communicate well through the process, at times she was very short in her tone and talked over me as I was speaking and asking questions. However This will not stop me from using her again in the future.
