Both Kaden and Nicole were wonderful to work with. Both were very helpful and always quick to answer phone calls and emails.
Harold was a great help in getting my loan refinanced. He made it all simple and fast.
There was great communication in the beginning, however not much communication as the process continued and I was left wondering what was happening a few times. We ended closing later than I expected and at one point called multiple times in one day to get updates. In the end everything worked out though. I got the rate I wanted and we were done!
