Super easy,quick and painless
The refinance went through. There were some hiccups, but she was always communicative and helpful.

We had unusual circumstances, and Chayson patiently guided us through the whole process, including long, late phone calls explaining things thoroughly, answering our many questions, and communicating every step of the way. He was quick to respond, and was able to get things done within some extremely tight timelines. We are so grateful that we were able to work with Chayson, and couldn’t recommend him enough!
I didn't think I was going to be able to refinance in the first place but Chayson was very reassuring and got me refinanced at a great interest rate. Overall the process worked pretty seamlessly and I never had to leave my house for anything related.
