My rate was great! I do feel like I wasn't offered the rate of the mailing initially. I was told I had to pay points. After discussion, we got the rate that was offered in the mailing, which was a really great rate. No one specifically told me I needed $5,000 cash for closing. I was asked for proof that I had the $$, but I thought they wanted that to see if they could potentially lower my rate. The $$ at closing was a surprise, but I checked the paperwork, and everything was fine.
I can’t thank Chayson enough for coming through on the tight deadline we threw his way. He made our first home buying experience completely stress free from day 1. I’ve literally sent my brother to him for his first loan and my sister to him for a refinance. I can’t recommend him enough!
