It was easy The only thing was the closing docs had a. Ugh higher monthly payment than what was quoted. Once I pointed it out they found they had made an error in the. Monthly taxes. We will see if my payment is correct when I get my monthly payment I will be upset if I did all this to raise my payment when the goal was to lower my payment
