Paul Lee AND Tony Yu answered every question I had and explained the entire process. Then we got down to work. This was without a doubt the fastest refinance I have ever experienced. Nancy was very responsive to my phone calls and emails, with calling me back to discuss a question when I would send an email, which I appreciated. The questions were answered clearly and in a timely manner. Finally, when I had concerns, she heard my concerns and created a plan to address them and then followed through with that plan.
