Phil and his team worked hard to get the rate we hoped for, and were dogged in working with a secondary lender to subordinate despite the challenges of COVID. We successfully closed with the guidance of Phil and the team.
The entire process went so smoothly. We completed our signing within less than a month and communication was very prompt and straight forward.
