I am extremely satisfied with Tony Yu's professionalism and responsiveness throughout the refinance process. I have been through this many times before and no one has ever done such an exceptional job. He went out of his way to keep me updated on the status of the loan, patiently reviewed the numbers with me, and found ways to save me money. 5 years, 3 loans. Daryl is the best hands down. Daryl is the subject matter expert in his field, and has saved our family an incredible amount of money, all the while being a great communicator and showing his consistent care for me as his customer. Really easy to refinance. Hardest part was getting my info together. Trying to get paperwork big enough to read was a challenge on my phone. The process was painless.
