Elliot was my “go to” person. Elliot always got back to me immediately to help me navigate through the loan process. I even called Elliot on the weekend when we were closing and he answered my call! The only negative I had with the process was with the secondary loan processor (Laura) not keeping me informed of the closing date when she indicated she would. I had to call several times. However, in the end, she came through!
