Best customer service. Phil does not try to sell me on anything. He listens. He takes calls anytime. Have financed 3 mortgages in 2 different states in the past 4 years. Even though I trust him, I check rates with other lenders. He has the best rate every time with low closing costs. I generally don't make recommendations for any service or product. I highly recommended him.
