Joseph and his team was great to work with during the refinance process. They were always quick to respond to my questions, even after-hours and on the weekend! They got me and my wife a great rate, cutting our monthly mortgage payment by just over 10%. They explained every step of the process and there were no unexpected hiccups along the way. Julia was great. She kept us informed and walked us all the way through the entire process, which only took around 2-3 weeks. It was super fast and she even got us a lower than expected rate. I will definitely be contacting her again if I every need another loan.
