I appreciate the patience and overall knowledge Winston brought to my case. This is my third time around getting a refinancing. The previous experiences were rather challenging and somewhat intimidating. Winston addressed my concerns and always made me feel "heard". I feel that is so important. He explained why he needed various documents and all the pros and cons of a decision. I felt like he was in my corner.
