Nancy is always available when I have a question ( even after work hours ) . The process for refinancing my loan was so efficient & done with very short timeline .
I am not your average customer. I used to work in the mortgage industry years ago. When I when shopping for my refinance, the loan officers that I was in contact with including Ryan from E Mortgage Capital knew this. When Ryan submitted a Loan Estimate on paper, I was very surprised at how low their origination fees are. Typically a refinance would cost up to 3% of the loan amount.
