Very unprofessional and never answers his phones, he is reckless and just overall not nice. Most of the reviews here he probably paid people to write.
Do not do business with this childish guy. He has herpes and chlamydia, he gave them to me. He is a liar and a scammer. He is on every do not date list in OC and CA. Seriously he’s so pathetic.
Horrible horrible horrible! Not trust worthy, they lie about fees. Come up with excuses. Don’t call back. Start to rub their earning in your face and tell you how much your budget is nothing. Won’t ever recommend.

Dennis Park needs to learn that he shouldn't keep harassing someone, five months after he first attempted to contact them and was ignored. Dennis calls me and texts me almost daily. He sends the same texts, over and over, even though I have not once replied to him. He calls my phone, making it necessary for me to screen my calls, some of which I miss because of his incessant calls. I have blocked his number and reported it as spam, but I still get the texts and voicemails. I have no intention of ever working with his company... read more

Mike went "ABOVE & BEYOND" in comparison to any other lender I have ever used! He was TRUE to his word and promised to get this difficult loan done and he DID! Locked my loan with bank#1 and days later rates jumped 2 points. Bank#1 unlocks my loan and wants those 2 points. He really hustled and through his many contacts was able to find another bank to honor the rates I originally had with bank#1. Stayed in touch with me every step of the journey.
