Brian did respond to questions we asked expediently. He gave straight answers, even if we didn’t like them. There was some concern as to who is responsible for each phase of the process, being novice at this process there are sections we believed he was in responsible for, yet after some clarification those areas belonged to escrow or realtor Brian is easy to work with and has our recommendations for others to utilize
He had great and quick communication the entire process. Made me feel comfortable with my decision. He is knowledgeable in the field of finances and was able to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend him and use him again

Ron and Nicole was really professional and were on top of everything. And they were able to save me about $1100 a month on my mortgage. I tried going through loan depot they never answered the phone and wasted my time and appraisal money and weren't able to get it done. I highly recommend E - Mortgage they went above my expectations.
Fast friendly service
My experience has been the loan personnel are as kind as they need to be to sell you on a loan amount. Granted I got the best loan I think I could stand to go thorough. I was going back and forth between Capital E and LoanDepot. Both loan officers were good and polite. Finally, I got tired of the rhetoric and whining between loan operators. I gave in and used the one seemed most truthful. I gave service a Good because should have started with the truth. My credit record was excellent.
