Very good overall experience. Had a few minute issues with the document signing but nothing major and everything went through just fine.
My experience has been the loan personnel are as kind as they need to be to sell you on a loan amount. Granted I got the best loan I think I could stand to go thorough. I was going back and forth between Capital E and LoanDepot. Both loan officers were good and polite. Finally, I got tired of the rhetoric and whining between loan operators. I gave in and used the one seemed most truthful. I gave service a Good because should have started with the truth. My credit record was excellent.
