Quick and timely.
The process went quickly at first but the last part dragged out a bit. Still, to be clear, the dragging out did not delay the process too much but the speed with which things progressed initially heightened my expectation that the process would have been concluded at least a week sooner. I would recommend this company as I am greatly pleased with the outcome.

The rate that I received for an investment property was great. Other lenders were giving 1% higher than I received from EMortgage. Other lenders could not work with me but this company made it happen for me.
