Nancy’s team, particularly Ren Jenkins, put in the effort to make sure we understood the details of what we were being offered and what the implications were for us depending on what choices we made. They made the process simple, quick, and enjoyable!
The loan disclosures changed every time I saw them. From what was proposed, to what I e-signed, to what the notary showed up with at my house. The notary appointment was confusing and the time and location were not clearly communicated. When the notary showed up at 5pm on a Friday of a holiday weekend much of the information on the loan documents was not prepopulated resulting in numerous phone calls and waiting for people to get back to us on a holiday weekend. Definitely not a smooth process.
