Becky from Eagle Appraisal, LLC did an excellent job with our home appraisal. She scheduled the appointment within a short time frame and we had the completed appraisal soon after and well within the timeframe promised. She gave a detailed written discussion, as well as a verbal discussion of her logic on the value of the home. She was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend Eagle Appraisal, LLC and Becky Stromme to anyone seeking a home appraisal.

The assessed value of our home increased by 15% in January of 2026 with no changes to the property in 2025. My wife and I retained Eagle Appraisal to provide an independent perspective of the market value of our home. Becky Stromme scheduled a visit on short notice and quickly provided a detailed appraisal that we successfully used to petition for a reassessment. Becky translated standard appraisal documentation into layman's terms, and was in general very helpful to my wife and I.

Brian at Eagle appraisal was highly recommended and now that we got an appraisal with Eagle, I totally see why. He was so thorough, detailed, professional, up front/honest, helpful, had such great communication, did our appraisal as soon as he could and delivered just like he said he would at a great price. Plus he’s been doing these for 20 years. Highly recommend. Thanks again Brian

Very helpful and also priced more reasonably than other appraisers in the area. I didn't use them because my lender wouldn't let me choose the appraiser, unfortunately.
