Service from both my Local Sales Rep. Robin with Outdoor Rec. in Fulton Mo. and the staff with the Corporate Office in North Carolina was great. Also the crew of Three Guys that came up with the structure and installed it out of Arkansas Very nice to work with and professional, and they were in and out within four hours. Every detail was thoroughly covered, agreed upon, and brought to fruition. I had Eagle carports come put a building up for me and what a disaster! First the door and color were wrong. The crew they sent out didn’t speak English, then they called me because their generator broke and they had no way to work unless I provided them with one, so I went and bought one so they could finish. Then the doors didn’t shut all the way and the roof leaked. After many phone calls they sent the same crew back and they not only didn’t fix anything, they destroyed the rails on my big door with a claw hammer and grin... read more
We got a 24x30x7 carport and it was delivered a day early! The guys were super nice and went right to work. Came back the next morning and finished. We are very satisfied with our purchase!
