I am very disappointed in the management in office I was in contact with this lady the entire morning about her 3 bedroom apartment I and my husband came in to view the apartment on my lunch break I left my purse at my office because I was on a time crunch when my husband arrived to pick me up I called her to let her know that I would be coming in on my lunch and gave her the exact time I arrived five minutes before expected time she asked to get my information I stated okay as I stood and my husband sat and handed her his i... read more

We understand that you were on your lunch break but our policy states that we need to ask for a driver's license to all prospects that will be touring the apartment and enter their information in our system before we begin the tour. These apartments are horrible ! No cameras, gates always broke ! Was broken into and now have no doubt it was maintenance . They never answer the phone ! Don’t take peoples safety serious . The new management team are horrible ! They’ll tell you they’ll get back to you and never hear anything back ! Asked for corporate and still getting the run around . Wish I could rate 0 stars
