I rarely send a review of a negative manner. I usually don't spend the time when things are bad. I just don't go back. While I found it very unprofessional for staff to have the back counter full of junk food but eating at the desk? I have never seen this doctor, not ever. I saw Dr. Stenger this morning in a full manic episode and he suggested I use my energy to take a walk…. On 410! How VERY irresponsible of a Psych of ALL specialties to suggest a patient commit suicide! I am enraged! He did not listen to me at all and spent most of my very short appointment fiddling with his computer. He forgot what he’s prescribed me tfor the last four years. I’m heartbroken
From the moment you enter the office to check in, the staff is always pleasant. Very professional environment, Dr. Stenger is very observant and always steers us to do the right things to continue to feel good , also very thoughtful. Every visit for the last couple of years he has never failed to ask how are things going, and how we're feeling. Thanks to Dr. Stenger and LifeStance our lives have continually improved. Thanks to all.

Would not recommend in terms of customer relations. The ladies at the front desk are nice, but trying to get in contact with your doctor outside of an appointment is one big run around. To be honest, even in appointments they rush through, and don't seem to put much effort into the visit. Perhaps it was just the one specialist I deal with, but she seemed to have her own idea of what was wrong, and didn't not verify, doing the minimal amount to assist.
