⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am truly impressed and very happy with the service at Early Bird Laundry in Fairview. I come here regularly to do my laundry, and tonight I witnessed something that really deserves recognition. It was around 1:00 a.m. on Wednesday, and I saw Andrés working incredibly hard, completely by himself. He was carefully cleaning all the washing machines, the floors, and the entire laundromat, making sure everything was spotless. When I was leaving, I was even more impressed to see him outside cleaning the storefront window... read more
The laundromat is always clean and the customer service is great. Andres was very solution based when I brought to his attention my clothes were still damp. He grabbed his gloves and a basket and helped me transfer my clothes to a different washer. He did all of this with a smile. I am very grateful for his kindness.
I had a great experience at Early Bird. thanks to Andres. He was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. The store was very clean and well managed, and the customer service was outstanding. I was especially grateful because he helped me find my lost card, which meant a lot to me. Andres truly went above and beyond to help. Thank you again for the excellent service — I highly recommend this place!
Today December 28 we came to our weekly laundry and I always feel I am at home. The staff is always nice and friendly and it is always nice and clean. The men and both the woman are amazing because they never stop cleaning, help others, and makes sure everyone is safe. Ever since they opened this laundry it became the best thing in the town. I don't have any words to say thank you to the staff because they always have a smile on their face when customer's ask for help.
Amazing machines! Generous space, good prices, but there should be more control when the washing machines finish. Signs should be put up so that people take their clothes out of the washing machines or dryers. Clothes are left inside for up to an hour, and the rest of us are waiting for something to become available to wash or dry. People should be told that if their washing machine has finished, they should take their clothes out, or the staff should keep an eye on this.
