Ryan was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We appreciate his visit. I just wish AEP would stop raising the rates (and other fees) as much as they have the past few years. It really hurts the monthly budget.

Being a transplant from the West Coast where heating and cooling is approached somewhat differently, I had a lot of questions and Elijah was very informative with all of my questions/concerns. I appreciated him sealing up a few spots in my home as well as the time he took to explain everything. Very appreciative of this program.

Ryan did an amazing job going through our home. He filled in some cracks in our walls where pipes ran through. I look forward to getting the report on his findings. Even small changes will help bring down my electric consumption.
