Great place and great staff that are highly knowledgeable on the products that they sell. Had a few questions about a few products I was unfamiliar with and I forget the lady's name but she helped me out greatly. Highly recommend and will return multiple times in the future. Also the decor and layout isn't too overwhelming and it's actually pleasing.
Earth Med in Addison is hands down my favorite dispensary in the area! Even though there are closer options to me, I always make the trip out here because the staff, selection, and overall vibe are unmatched. I always have a good experience at EarthMed! I am always looking to try new things and the suggestions from the staff is always good. Adam helped me out and brought out selections and explained each one that best fit what I wanted! He was awesome and his recommendation I loved and got what I was looking for! Definitely coming back :)
They never have enough help and management might as well be nonexistent. The cashier yesterday had no idea about their VIP program when I asked her. She went to ask the manager about it, came back to the window and relayed half of the message. Once I asked for the manager, he comes to window and lies, saying the cashier knew about the VIP program and the requirements, but when I asked “If she already knew, then why’d she have to come ask you.” No answer was given because no answer could be given. Great prices and very friendly staff. This has been a go to location for me for the last 3 years. They always have great prices and promotions. I was in there last weekend and got my usual Wild and Good Tide gummies, Minnie was my budtender. She was very friendly and helpful, as always. All of their staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely my favorite dispensary in the area.
