I always have a pleasant experience with the staff, the med prices absolutely make it worth having a med card in a rec legal state, and this is genuinely my favorite dispensary in the burbs! I also need to shout out the staff for today. The computer system was running incredibly slow. I waited in line for about an hour, people were getting pissy, I'm sure the staff was overwhelmed but they all were able to maintain a positive attitude and were very apologetic. Writing this review as I wait half my life in line at this location which takes 15 minutes to process one customer. If there's 4 people ahead of you, you'll be waiting an hour Going to Hatch down the street from now on
I tried to purchase the last 3 days. The system has been down, but they are still accepting orders, which makes no sense. I have to keep reordering daily and each time the menu is different. They didn’t offer to rain check to ensure that customers get their desired orders. Very disappointing.
This place is great go see John he knows his stuff. And the manager is very nice I didn’t catch her name but she is real friendly and treats the customers very good this is the only place I go.
