Easy and convenient location for your cannabis needs. Came in here with a few questions about several of their products that they carry and they steered me in the correct direction. Very knowledgeable staff. Really did appreciate the aesthetic of the inside it actually felt treated like a human being. Visiting Chicago, this place had good reviews and it was close to the airport. Came in and felt welcomed. There was a guy named Joseph who helped me with everything I needed. Very good customer service. Good products. I recommend to anyone who is 420 friendly.
Very kind and inviting from the moment I walked in there. Greeted with a smile, excellent customer service, even joined the rewards program and got a couple $$ off. The app running on their in-store kiosks has a simple navigation layout and is much quicker/simpler to use than many other local dispensaries.
Such a wonderful experience, my sister and I had a great time. The whole team was great from start to finish but John really made the trip special! Coming from Michigan I wasn’t sure what to expect but next time I’m in town I will be back!!
The user interface was pretty straightforward, my problem was when I was paying the person who served me took it upon himself to add cash back without my permission so he could get a tip. I have to believe that this is a common practice by the audacity of his actions. I will never go back to this location or do business with this company. Be aware of your cash and credit cards. My overall impression is they are thieves.
