Both of my cockatiels were seen by Dr. Thomas, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care they received today. He and the vet tech, Tori, were so gentle, kind, and knowledgeable. The entire team made the whole visit smooth and stress-free for both me and my birds. Both birds did so good too. I’m so relieved to have a trusted vet home for them now. Highly recommended.
This is the absolute best vet!! All great docs, doesn’t matter which one you see - they are gentle, kind, good communicators and super competent. Their assistants, techs and admin staff are consistently pleasant, gentle and highly skilled. As a result we a have had an increasingly easy experience with vet visits. I recently switched both of my dogs care to East Bend Animal Hospital. The staff is responsive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. My babes feel at ease in their comfy exam rooms and with all of the techs. Dr Thomas takes his time and is very thorough with their examinations and answers all of my million questions. My 13lb dog had to have a cherry eye surgically fixed about 6 months ago and Dr Thomas did a great job- here eye healed beautifully. Best vet experience I've had with my reactive dog. The staff, techs and vet were so kind, understanding and helpful. Highly recommended them to anyone especially those with reactive, frightened pets.
We were staying in an RV park Bend in Bend for a few days when one of our Labs started having gastrointestinal issues. I searched for a vet office near where we were staying. They were able to see us in just a couple of hours. The staff, assistants and the doctor were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
