Have been going here for a few years since having our pup for approximately 3 years, really only for vaccinations and checkups and was more than happy with the service provided at those points. Seems to be going downhill since new management however. Had an appointment for regular yearly vaccination on the 11th of February made via online form with correct updated contact details (this is important, old phone number no longer in use), received email confirmation for 12:40pm. Visited with my cat Goth and couldn’t recommend it more. Was such a quiet and relaxing waiting room, and all of the vet nurses were so lovely- especially the head nurse Katja. She took the time to sit down with my cat and was talking to her and calming her down. She answered all my questions too, this clinic was an all round great visit.
We always have a wonderful experience here. I took my 2 year old border collie to have his teeth cleaned and they did a fantastic job, they look perfect now. The Vet Nurses are always lovely and the Vet was attentive, kind and obviously very good at her job. Calling after he was out of anaesthesia and answering all my questions. Newton was eating and ready to run around again a few hours after getting home! Also look the before and after!
We have been going to this Vet clinic for 20 years. The staff are lovely, caring and friendly, the vets go that extra mile, and overall we can't thank you enough for looking after our beloved cats. It's so stressing when one of them is unwell, and so good to know that the clinic is there when we need them. Five stars isn't enough to express our thanks.
Dr Bronwyn was absolutely amazing with my puppy, he was wagging his tail the whole time without realising he was getting an injection. The ladies at the front desk were also fantastic. Very compassionate and positive team!
