I’ve been here twice now, each time everyone has been very friendly and helpful. I’m in and out pretty quickly. The comment about the way the phone is answered made me laugh. The manager is very obviously European and I suppose American folk can’t handle direct speech very well. If you don’t have insurance they can offer a direct pay price for imaging, which comes in handy. Often it costs less than going through insurance. I definitely recommend this place.
The wait was extensive and I felt that I should have been scheduled closer to the time that I was actually seen. I actually missed another scheduled appointment as a result of being told that I would be called on next in ten minutes and the wait in the medical gown was much longer. I wasn’t impressed at all and wished that the doctor had scheduled me for a facility closer to my home and one that I have gone to several times and they are very efficient and their time management is great.
Clean facility and welcoming staff. Made accommodations to handle my needs and did it in a professional and timely manner. Highly recommend this place for all your imagining needs.
I had to undergo MRI. And I was worried about being in the closed space. This imaging center has modern machine that is not that tight and has openings on the side to you do not feel claustrophobic. Overall very pleasant experience. No waiting, helped mw with the insurance approvals. Everything is very clean, pleasant and professional staff. I hate the way the front desk people pick up the phone. They just say “Imanging” as if they don’t want to be at work. I called today and I won’t be using this business. I will go to University Radiology where I’m treated with respect. It automatically infuriates me. I’ve had to call multiple times for different things and they are not friendly or professional. They always act like they do not want to answer your questions as if you are bothering them. They will throw you on hold without telling you. They just need training. ... read more
