Really disappointed today I been coming here for 2 years last 3 pies we got were not good pizza is just so saggy and you can’t even hold it while eating it so annoying when you trying to eat pizza. Used to be great but service has gone downhill. Went tonight and chairs on the table but asked if I wanted to dine in?! Message was clear - GO AWAY
so far 25 minutes for cheese steak on Wednesday evening. never again
went in to order 2 slices of pepperoni they said they had no pepperoni slices. i asked if they can make a fresh pie the girl said no. this was at 4pm how can you not make pizza for customers.
I like the food, but service suuuuuucked. I ordered pizza to go when I arrived. I sat at closest seat to registers while having a brew. Never heard name called. Apparently I’m supposed to ask if it’s ready every 15 minutes. Cold upon the handoff, and I was told I ought to badger them every 15 minutes...
Used to be a great place.... they messed up my order and then wanted to tell me I was lying about it... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE :( Not going back Too bad because they used to be awesome
