My husband walked in and placed an order for carry out, paid for it. Said I would pick it up and gave cashier my name. Our babysitter came in to pick it up instead due to traffic. She gave my husband’s name, my name, and her name. Nothing. She described the pizzas she knew we ordered (pep with half mushroom and Hawaiian). RecommendedNo I would not. They are not well organized when you come in they have two signs up. One for dine in and one for pickup. Pickup is closed so everyone has to go to dine in. They also had a today’s special which is behind a small Christmas tree on the counter so you can’t see it.

Went in last night and ordered dinner. They close at 9, but by 8:30 they had already dumped the tea urns and shut the menus off and turned off the window lights. My youngest son kept trying to get us to hurry up and leave because they were in his words, 'obviously closed already'. Food was good, but paying $5 for two glasses of tea is a bit of a ripoff. The last few times we ordered it was CRAP! We did a online order and had a time to be ready and it was like its been sitting there for hours, also the the pizza has gone down hill since we been going there I don't know if there cutting corners or what. I also ordered a meatball sub and it was cold inside and I also wanted to add mushrooms & onions on my slice of pizza was charged a 1.00 each topping and all they did was thrown them on and serve it.
I normally have a good experience with east coast but lately service has declined! I ordered the special 2 slice and drink, made it there and waited while a young cashier talked on the phone in front of me a whole 19 min before her co- worker acknowledged she will be with me in a min, then when she finally bought me my 2 slippers Cesar they were ice cold!! I don’t think management would find this acceptable at all!!! Escape when the competition is next door
I'm not a fan of a flimsy crust.. The mozzarella sticks and the pops were good.
THE SERVICE IS GREAT ! BUT WE WERE DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE THE BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA THAT WE ORDERED IT DIDN'T REACH TO OUR EXPECTATION.
