This place is absolutely amazing!!! They called, kept Constant contact with me from the beginning of this journey. Day of surgery, they called even got me in earlier and started the surgical process. The nurses are very hospitable, courteous, and even funny and lighthearted. I could not have asked for better people. I was a patient for an injection at this facility yesterday. (my second time) My first visit was great as well as this visit. The staff is professional and friendly. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and well taken care of. Evie, Sarah, Lisa and Debbie... all stellar staff members who made me feel comfortable while I had to be there. I wish I remembered the OR staff names because they were also incredible. Of course Dr Sims is my doctor and he is a true professional. Thank you all.
I recently had surgery at the East Coast Surgery Center . The facility itself was clean and well-maintained. The staff members were amazing. Each member of my care team was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. My overall experience was five stars.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE! From the time we got there until we left . Alyssa was an AMAZING nurse!!! Everyone was so wonderful and kind and explained everything very well. I have nothing but wonderful things to say five stars all the way.!!!!!! Dr. Bryan , the orthopedic and Dr. Powers the anesthesiologist just amazing!
This may sound odd, but I'm almost looking for a reason to come back and have another surgery with Dr. Matthews! 🥳 My experience was world class - from the minute we arrived at East Coast Surgery Center to when we left, everything (and everyone) was absolutely incredible! I've never seen so much attention be paid to every single detail in any healthcare setting. Thank you so much Dr. Matthews and team, you have a patient for life!!! 🙏
