Staff is very professional and helpful. Dr. Burlison has been very attentive and helpful when visiting her. She listens to questions and responds with appropriate explanations. Her nurse is helpful and also warm and compassionate. Great office and staff
Dr. Burlison is a very friendly person. She listens to me and gives me great confidence in her. Every time I have a meeting with Dr Burlison she is very attentive. She really listens to what I have to say. She has much concern about my well being. I really like her as my doctor. Dr. Burlison give helpful feedback. Very knowledgeable.
I absolutely love this place. I’ve never have had a bad experience ever. From the receptionist on the phone to one when you leave professional everyone. They are all helpful even behind the scenes. It’s not easy taking care of people in these settings but they are amazing. I absolutely love and I cannot express how much gratitude I have for my doctor, Debra Giesen APRN, from day one compassionate and listened to my concerns and together we are working them through. Dr. Burlison is my primary doctor and I can not say enough to convey just what a fabulous physician she is. Dr. Burlison takes time to listen and one always feels she is empathic to the patient. I have been her patient for a number of years having multiple serious health issues. Dr. Burlison makes sure that you are referred to the proper specialists if need be and slways goes the extra mile to get to the bottom of whatever your issue might be. I so appreciate this great doctor.
WARNING!!! I would give this place a ZERO if I could. I went as a 1st time patient (consultation) to establish a PCP. My Insurance was charged twice. One for the consulatation and another charge for a physical that was NEVER done. I have been on the phone with their billing department and my insurance over 6or 7 times. This has caused me alot of stress and aggrevation. Please save yourself from the stress and aggrevation this place has caused me and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Thank You
