This isn't my first time renting space from East Rochester Storage. The building is well maintained. I love being able to load/unload my vehicle in the inside bay, out of the weather. But the biggest value is how easy Pam makes the process. She is so easy and pleasant to work with. There are storage facilities closer to my home, but return to ERS because it is really hassle-free.
Pam is absolutely wonderful to work with. I know my items are in a safe, CLEAN, dry space. It was meant to be temporary storage but for the cost being so affordable, and the advantages of the customer service, access to U-Haul trucks, extra clean safe space for items not being used everyday or for the season- this will be my long term storage option. Forever grateful for this company!!! Less clutter at home, easy access when needed - you can’t beat it!
Very easy setup and payment online! When it was time for me to end my lease Pam made it super easy and was understanding of time restrictions. She let me move out on a weekend so I didn’t have to rent a uhaul twice! Highly recommend. Only complaint is I wish they had more loading docks for weekends and the height allowed 20’ uhauls inside
Pam is the nicest human ever! She called to explain and offer services - moved my reservation to a "better" (a few more sq. ft.) unit. It has so far been an amazing experience
Pam is always a pleasure to work with. Always answers my questions and is very accommodating. Place is clean and I feel safe when I am there
