Pam is absolutely wonderful to work with. I know my items are in a safe, CLEAN, dry space. It was meant to be temporary storage but for the cost being so affordable, and the advantages of the customer service, access to U-Haul trucks, extra clean safe space for items not being used everyday or for the season- this will be my long term storage option. Forever grateful for this company!!! Less clutter at home, easy access when needed - you can’t beat it!

ER Has FIVE self storage businesses, Zero bike/clothing stores. Quite literally the largest amount of urban dead space imaginable. Self storage will always propagate in the perfect place which is in sprawl suburban environments. The perfect storm of cheaper land and a mindset of consume and gather more stuff. My family rented a unit here just a few months ago. Everything has been simple, to the point but also very pleasant. It's really cool to be able to pull your vehicle in and unload. That will be awesome in the winter. It's literally effortless other than unloading, walking and packing things in your unit. The secure 24 hour access is great. We have had to go back and forth there at different times of the day and night with items and it's always super fast and easy.

The only reason this place is getting two stars is because the facilities are nice and the rent is somewhat reasonable. The lady that runs this place is rude. I had multiple run ins with her in the few months that I had a unit here. The first problem I had was my code to get in. It didn't work for almost a month after I moved in. I called and asked to have it fixed and she kept telling me that my code was in the system and that it should work just fine, hinting that maybe I was the one putting the code in wrong. I had a good experience here. I rented a unit for 8 months. I never had an issue getting into my unit (24/7 access). Good rates compared to neighboring storage competitors. I dropped my monthly payments in cash in the drop box, I never had a “didn’t receive your payment” call. The owner Will is very nice, trustworthy, and helpful. Overall I was happy with my experience.
