I arrived just after 4 pm, less than 1 hour before closing. The attendant, Pam was courteous and professional. She explained every detail and allowed me time to make a decision. Great customer service, excellent facility. It is evident they take pride in their business. Storage rental is reasonably priced for a total indoor, clean and safe facility. Thank you! We have used East Rochester Self Storage twice and both times had a very good experience. It’s clean , dry and easy to access. We had a issue with a mover we hired and Pam went out of her way to find us another mover within a few hours. She is a great asset and always willing to help ! I highly recommend them .
I rented a storage unit for just over a year and the experience was excellent. The facility as clean and easily accessible. Also Pam, that works at the desk was always so nice to me and helpful! I would highly recommend East Rochester Self Storage if you are looking for an indoor storage facility!
This is a clean, temperature controlled, well lit facility with easy 24/7 access. The two large bays provide plenty of space even if the other bay is occupied by another vehicle. Both overhead doors operate smoothly both from the outside keypads and the inside buttons. There are more than enough dolly-trucks (?) available to load and unload; sufficient for 8-10 people at the same time. Signing the lease was a simple process and clearing out our space and terminating the lease was easy as well.
Well this started out great then I allegedly left one unit abandoned and they charged a family members card that was not on auto pay for the full amount with no ok just cause they thought it would be ok so I call Pam and she said no you must have payed i said ok take my lock off and we will let the bank figure this out then out of no where she said I must have clicked auto pay when you was in here the other day so I then come the week after and she said she would give a discount cause of the misshapen so$ 1093.00 dollars lat... read more
