Back in October of 2023 my sone had an appointment to check on his wisdom teeth and they were coming in compacted. I received a letter from TN care that he had been approved right before December. I've called and all I get told is that I have to wait for them to call me to an appointment. My son's wisdom teeth are bothering him and he is already 17yrs. This is going on the 7 month and he is still not on the books to get his teeth cut out. Starting to get worried.

While there is always a level of trepidation when it comes to this type of surgery, Dr Johnson to me is no less than a magician. An absolute class act up to and including his staff. Nuff said from a country boy that has always had an inherent fear of a dentist.

The receptionist is terrible to work with. I called five times after getting an approval in the mail for my sons wisdom teeth removal and they could not simply schedule me an appointment to get the procedure done. I was given the runaround not only once but five times the lady is very rude!!! then I scheduled an appointment for myself scheduled for 1 o’clock I rescheduled my entire day because she called me and told me she could get me in at 11:30 arrived at 11 o’clock and she told me that there was two people ahead of me t... read more

Very kind, knowledgeable staff! They explained all my options for a tooth extraction that has a few complications, have me time to consider the options and then scheduled an appointment to complete the procedure. I was very satisfied with the visit.

Dr. Johnson is absolutely wonderful. He also has a really good sense of humor and delightful bedside manner (so rare with surgeons!!) The staff have always been super sweet and responsive to anything urgent.
