This place does a great job; God bless them in Jesus' name. Granted, I went in for a two teeth extraction under local anaesthesia, since it was cheaper than being sedated, but they didn't wait long enough for it to kick in before trying to pull them. I had to raise my hand twice, then the guy said they would have to be done under sedation at a later date. So if anyone is reading this, make sure they wait longer for the anaesthesia to kick in before they try to pull, or if they try to pull and you have to stop them, ask for m... read more
Was seen in office for emergency bottom wisdom teeth extraction. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and kindness. The lady that took me back to sign papers was very helpful in answering any questions that I had and she had a wonderful personality. Aubrey was the dental assistant and she did a wonderful job talking me through the process of everything and managing my anxiety about the procedure. Dr. May was wonderful as well. I had my wisdom teeth removed last Monday, and the entire staff at East TN Oral Surgery was amazing. The process went so smooth, and I had a relatively easy recovery. I highly recommend Dr. May and his staff!
From the moment I entered this office I felt cared for and heard. They are wonderful! The secretaries at the desk are super helpful and welcoming. During my procedure I felt like the assistants made sure I was comfortable and they were so sweet! The surgeon did a wonderful job as well. Even afterward, it meant a lot to have a follow up call to see how I was doing. Cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you so much!!
