This was the only practice nearby that was upfront about payment without insurance. It was so easy to work with them. On top of that, the wisdom teeth extraction went well with my kiddo having minimal issues (definitely less than I had when I got mine out). I’m super happy with this experience.
This place does a great job; God bless them in Jesus' name. Granted, I went in for a two teeth extraction under local anaesthesia, since it was cheaper than being sedated, but they didn't wait long enough for it to kick in before trying to pull them. I had to raise my hand twice, then the guy said they would have to be done under sedation at a later date. Was seen in office for emergency bottom wisdom teeth extraction. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and kindness. The lady that took me back to sign papers was very helpful in answering any questions that I had and she had a wonderful personality. I had my wisdom teeth removed last Monday, and the entire staff at East TN Oral Surgery was amazing. The process went so smooth, and I had a relatively easy recovery. I highly recommend Dr. May and his staff!
East Tennessee Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery removed all 4 of my son’s wisdom team in about 25 minutes. My son has had minimal pain and is healing well. This office was amazing with offering us all the information about the procedure and the after care instructions. They were kind, professional and exactly what we needed for this situation.
