My regular dentist was out of town and I found myself frantically looking for help. They got me in within an hour of calling on a Saturday afternoon and my tooth was fixed within an hour of walking through their door. I walked out pain free and finally able to sleep after days of horrible tooth pain. They went over my personalized care plan and payments in detail. They treat you so well here, not only to be sure your comfortable, but then take their time to teach you how to prevent future issues!
One of my biggest pet peeves of dentists is that the bill is a big mystery then a nasty surprise. Not so at East Village. Everything was explained in advance and all my options presented. I had a crown, a filling, and a cleaning all in the same day. Although tough on the jaw, it was all done as quickly as possible and very convenient to my schedule. Every person on the staff was helpful, friendly and professional. I highly recommend.
This office is the best.. had a root canal and they made sure I went home feeling a lot better...I recommend every one to go there. They have everything in the spot.and everyone truly cares!!
This is by far the best dental office I've ever encountered. The staff is set to make sure the patients are comfortable they are the best.
