Fly infestation, no gas for SIX MONTHS (corroborated by multiple reviews), unresponsive — with literally no line of immediate contact over weekends (not sure what would happen in case of emergency), among many other issues (including completely gentrifying and ruining the east village). All their four beds should be three beds, they just put up a wall in the middle.
