Not a safe neighborhood. It's right off popular, which is a good area though. The police do not care so much about the area either. There is a lot of break ins and car jacking going on. They are strict on the rules, too, about who and how many people are allowed in your apartment. My mom stayed in these apartments for years, I'm glad she is out of there!

This place isn't good @ all. They get mad cause you call & tell that they aren't fixing stuff, ceiling fella in, mice, & staff back then rude.

The office never answers the phone they stick a clock on the door saying when they return back from lunch and when you go down there they say we are about to close just called at least 6 times today no answer . Everyone in this office needs to be fired . The owner responded but told me to call how many more time should I call been calling for two days how about you respond to my voice mail as I said you can't reach anyone

These apartments are quite because I knew someone who stayed over there and they had it clean nice and the apartments on the inside is nice to I never stayed in these apartments but they were quiet when I visited family over there

I have been in Binghamton most of my life I'm 57 now and these have always been the best low income apartments is always clean and management is the bomb no matter who it is they were always nice and really care about their tenants!
