I had a very positive experience during my visit. The staff was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the appointment. Everything was handled efficiently, and I felt well cared for. The office atmosphere was welcoming and organized, which made the process smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this office to others and rate today’s visit 5 stars.

Needs new scheduling system I don’t recommend, but haven’t seen much better on the shore. Low bar it seems for the eastern shore I’ve had a hygiene cleaning appointment scheduled for 6 months. Received a message saying my hygienist has to be out that day. I called to reschedule. Absolutely ridiculous “appointment confirmation policy”. If they do not hear from you by noon, they will cancel the appt. And then try to charge you a $25 fee to reschedule it. Even if your appointment is not until Monday and today is Thursday. I genuinely used to love them, but will not be retuning. The policies they have in place are ludicrous. It is no longer about comfort of the patient but about how they can squeeze every penny they can from you. Very sad
