I went in for a second opinion. Had a scan. No feedback on problem when I was in the chair. Told I would be called back after patient care that day. Two weeks later I called wondering if they forgot me. After almost 1 month and a few inquiries on my part, I was told I needed to call the dentist myself. Unnecessary radiation and cost for absolutely nothing.
Somehow, everyone who works at ESSS makes a "usually not-so-fun activity" actually enjoyable. I've had such positive experiences with the staff at the front desk and everyone who has worked or assisted on my teeth. They're always kind, personable, on-time, and knowledgeable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, highly recommend!
My Experience with Eastern Shore Smile Solutions was a positive one. My only downside is that I am in need of a tooth to be removed and can't have it done because they don't accept my insurance uggh even though my insurance company says they do . I feel if this is true they need to update their information so people can get the help they want and need in a timely manner. Charged me 250.00 then said they can’t do the root canal . They seen I had unlimited dental insurance so they tried shocking it to me . When I requested my money back and cancelled my appt I got the run around would not release my X-rays even to my new dentist . Terrible place BEWARE!!
Friday 4/19 I was having a really bad day, on my way to my appointment I almost turn back twice, however I didn't. I drove up to the building and parked with some hesitation. I walked in only to be greeted by the most pleasant and beautiful face at the desk, Marsha Williams, seeing her face and the energy that came from her was absolutely amazing, I immediately felt relaxed, i was checked in and was waiting.
