Had my first visit 10 / 27/ 25 and I can't say enough good about the Cambridge office . The desk people are very nice and efficient. The tech that brought me in is a very nice young lady and the dentist took my questions and informed more about my situation in 20 minutes than Harbor Dental did in five years . Trust me if you're thinking about giving them a try you won't regret it Gary. B
Mackenzie is a top notch hygienist. She is the only one I will see. Dr. Olivero has a great bedside manner. She did a root canal for me last year and was very patient and gentle.
If I could give no star I would. I'm now stuck w/a bill of 119.20. I needed a filling done because the original filling came out. I went to the office and the staff just looked in my mouth, did no filling just to tell me I needed a filling to which I already knew. Now to schedule an appt I'm required to pay $50.00 up front. My insurance may pay the full amount, if I want the $50.00 back they will send it to me in a check. I went in for a second opinion. Had a scan. No feedback on problem when I was in the chair. Told I would be called back after patient care that day. Two weeks later I called wondering if they forgot me. After almost 1 month and a few inquiries on my part, I was told I needed to call the dentist myself. Unnecessary radiation and cost for absolutely nothing.
My Experience with Eastern Shore Smile Solutions was a positive one. My only downside is that I am in need of a tooth to be removed and can't have it done because they don't accept my insurance uggh even though my insurance company says they do . I feel if this is true they need to update their information so people can get the help they want and need in a timely manner.
