I had a consult today. Staff was very friendly and the dentist seemed patient, kind, and gentle. He was able to explained my options in an easy way. Great job all around.
I've been a patient for 20+ years. Still happy with them, but when they cancelled my appt and I call back to reschedule, I can't be seen for 7 months? Disappointing.

Mackenzie is a top notch hygienist. She is the only one I will see. Dr. Olivero has a great bedside manner. She did a root canal for me last year and was very patient and gentle.
I went in for a second opinion. Had a scan. No feedback on problem when I was in the chair. Told I would be called back after patient care that day. Two weeks later I called wondering if they forgot me. After almost 1 month and a few inquiries on my part, I was told I needed to call the dentist myself. Unnecessary radiation and cost for absolutely nothing.
