I had a consult today. Staff was very friendly and the dentist seemed patient, kind, and gentle. He was able to explained my options in an easy way. Great job all around.
I've been a patient for 20+ years. Still happy with them, but when they cancelled my appt and I call back to reschedule, I can't be seen for 7 months? Disappointing.
Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time going here. So incredibly disappointing that a small mistake such as going to the wrong office (after taking a HALF day off work, and driving almost 2 hours.) causing me to be 3 minutes outside of the grace period couldn’t be overlooked. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
Dentist told me after first visit he would email the cost of dentures . After 6 months of asking where the email was they decided I was asking too much from them so they told me to get lost after they took my money for two cleanings and a Xray. BTW . They say the dentist goes on " missions " when you need to speak with him he's always on a " mission " a.k.a Golfing in Pinehurst , NC Gary Birch
Mackenzie is a top notch hygienist. She is the only one I will see. Dr. Olivero has a great bedside manner. She did a root canal for me last year and was very patient and gentle.
